For years, I thought I was simply busy. I was building a career, raising a family, managing responsibilities, and doing what needed to be done. What I didn't realize was how much stress my nervous system had been holding beneath the surface.
In this episode, I share my personal journey with anxiety, panic attacks, chronic stress, and the lessons I learned about living in survival mode without even knowing it. We'll explore common signs of nervous system overload, decision fatigue, feeling constantly "on," and the ways we often seek relief through habits like scrolling, staying busy, or reaching for that end-of-day glass of wine.
Most importantly, I'll share simple, practical tools that have helped me and many of my clients feel more grounded, calm, and safe in everyday life.
